These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” “your”) and Monserrat Tech LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”) governing your access to and use of Schedroute and all related websites, mobile applications, software, and services (“Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Use of the Services constitutes acceptance of these Terms and referenced policies (including the Privacy Policy). If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after updates signifies acceptance.
If registering for an organization, you affirm authority to bind that organization.
We may suspend/terminate accounts for suspected fraud, misuse, or violations.
We may modify pricing with notice. Continued use after effective date = acceptance.
Cancel anytime; no prorated refunds. Access continues until end of billing cycle.
Failed charges may result in downgrade, suspension, or termination.
Limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for internal business use. You may not reverse engineer, copy, modify, resell, circumvent security, or access to build a competing product. All other rights reserved by the Company.
You retain ownership of all data you input (“User Data”).
You grant us a limited license to store, transmit, process, and display User Data, and to use aggregated/anonymized data for analytics, service improvement, security, and insights. We do not sell User Data.
You are responsible for maintaining backups; recovery beyond standard practices is not guaranteed.
Automated features may produce probabilistic output; you remain responsible for reviewing results. Automated suggestions do not replace professional judgment. We disclaim responsibility for decisions based on automated output.
You agree not to use the Services to violate laws, infringe IP, harass, gain unauthorized access, distribute malware/spam, misuse routing/scheduling data, or interfere with service integrity. Violations may result in suspension/termination.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify features, introduce enhancements, remove deprecated functionality, perform maintenance, or discontinue the Service. We will attempt reasonable notice when practical.
Integrations (e.g., maps, email, payments) are governed by third-party terms. We are not responsible for third-party data handling, outages, or errors. Use at your own risk.
All IP related to Schedroute (software, logos, trademarks, content, designs, workflows, documentation, databases) is owned by Monserrat Tech LLC. You may not copy, distribute, or misuse without permission.
Treat non-public information (roadmaps, internal APIs, business plans) as confidential; do not disclose to third parties.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES. We do not warrant error-free, secure, or uninterrupted service, data accuracy, automated-output correctness, or immediate correction of issues. You assume responsibility for use.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MONSERRAT TECH LLC AND AFFILIATES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL; ERRORS IN DATA, ROUTING, OR SCHEDULING; COSTS OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES; AUTO-GENERATED CONTENT ISSUES; OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Monserrat Tech LLC from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from your use, violations of these Terms, violations of laws, or your User Data/content.
We may suspend/terminate immediately for violations, fraud/abuse, failed payment, or risk of harm. Upon termination, your license ends; data may be deleted or retained per legal obligations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Disputes resolved exclusively in Wyoming courts.

These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and the Company.
If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that right.
